pdfff lets terminal notes keep text and pasted screenshots together in one editable PDF, so the document stays useful long after it is saved.
The visible PDF has selectable text and full-resolution images, while its source remains editable. direct image pasting is currently available on macOS; pdfff runs on macOS and Linux.
